Our Products carry a 90 day limited warranty on workmanship. If our product fails to meet your needs or expectations please contact us immediately. We will do our best to remedy any situations. Our Products are intended for Off-road and Custom uses only. They should be used at your own risk as Metaltek Manufacturing LLC and its owners are free expenses resulting from any damages occurring from use or misuse of our products. In the case of any litigation we reserve the right to have the court venue to be within 20 miles of Metaltek Manufacturing LLC registered address. Our maximum liability will be the original purchase price of the products you purchased from Metaltek Manufacturing LLC. If you do not agree with these terms, please return our products for a full refund.

Intellectual Property:

Our Products are designed and created by Metaltek Manufacturing. We are selling you our products, but we retain the intellectual rights to the product design. By purchasing our products you agree to not copy, duplicate, or manufacture products using our designs. Any un-authorized duplication of Metaltek Manufacturing products is un-lawful. We will take necessary steps to remedy any such situation. If you do not fully agree with these terms, please do not purchase our products.
